On Thursday, 26 June 2025, the day before the official opening, Conforama invited media representatives for an exclusive tour of the new store, personally guided by CEO Jérôme Gilg. The tour offered a first look at the wide product range and showcased the many choices available in terms of colors, sizes and price points. The Interlaken store combines physical displays with modern digital tools, allowing shoppers to explore and compare products with ease. Demonstrating its commitment to an engaging shopping experience, Conforama enables customers to browse and buy both in-store and online. The store also features electronic price tags for quick updates and reduced paper waste, as well as QR codes that provide instant access to detailed product information via smartphone.
